I understand that in PR Local Codes, I can select option 1 under Calculation Option so that "Full amount of both posted local and resident local" are withheld. Unfortunately both the municipality where the employee lives (resident local) and works (posted local) would need to be designated this way. This would affect all employees working in that specific posted local, even though only certain employees who live in certain localities need to have tax withheld in both the resident and posted local.
I'd like an option where I can set the resident local to be withheld regardless of where the employee works (posted local). The posted local would also need to be withheld.
