Wish to be able to print an invoice to show zero balance owing once the customer has made the payment and we have processed that payment

Most accounting packages would do this as a pretty standard feature.  FYI we do some counter sales for recycling of concrete and many of those customers in particular have requested this.  Currently we just write “PAID” on the invoice, which doesn’t as professional
