This would be nice for very large companies, or really for any company, to help squeeze out every last bit of performance from the main User DB.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
You can as far as I'm aware. On the viewpoint server, open up the program "Configure Viewpoint Remote Service". Change the Document Database to what ever you want, then in Vista go to DM Attachment Options and click Update Attachments. Or you might need to change it to File System, then back to database.
I would take a full backup prior to doing this, as I'm assuming these are the required steps to change it.
Also, as far as I'm aware this would also change the required steps to update the software as you may need to do everything on both servers.
