I think all companies that use Vista HR module to keep up with training classes and skills bye employee / resource would benefit from this report. Safety and Training managers need a report where they can see all the expiration dates of training skills and classes by employee / resource. Currently there is a report HR Training and Education by Code shows what was taken by whom and when, but not when the expiration dates for those skills need to be re-upped by resource. The HR Code Master report shows the Certification period for each of those codes but nothing to link it by resource. So if the Training Manager wants to figure that out we're left with two options...walk through the class reports and the code reports then manually figure out who's up for retraining / recertification. Or have someone in-house or via professional services write a custom report for that information in one place. Seems this ought to be a standard report.
