  Recommend using the built-in Windows short cut (ALT+PRINT SCREEN)

  Most office programs also have the Snip tool inbuilt which allows you to insert it directly into the body (where ever the mouse was before you clicked the tool)

  ALT + PRINT_SCREEN is a great combo to memorize.

  I also find my self using the 'Snip' tool included in Windows 7 and onward quite a lot.
