For all additional material orders new POs need to be issued. This process is lengthy in that you have to create the phase line item in Estimate/Purchase details, go to Material Detail and initialize, then go to PM Purchase orders and approve, then have to return to PM Pending Change Orders and choose the purchase order we just created. This is not ideal for project manager that do not have time to go through this many screens.
