Have the ability to exclude weekends from HR Leave Request

Our technicians fill these out in the field and we are trying to make their dealings with Vista as streamlined as possible.  At the moment when they put in an application for multiple weeks, the hours include weekends.  This then skews the leave availability figure in HR Leave Approval.  If we try and get them to put in individual entries for multiple weeks leave this will not go over particularly favourably.
