It appears that when writing a new subcontract out of the estimate and purchase details of a Pending Change Order (PCO) item that If you do not put the correct number in the first time before you save, the correct value does not pull over to the Subcontract. As an example, we had 2 PCO lines that had new subcontract information (there were a total of 5, but 3 were done correctly) that while entering in the PCO, it saved that line item record as a zero purchase amount, and then the correct amount was filled in. The PM Subcontract detail showed the correct amount, with the send checkbox checked, so that was not the issue, but when it cam over to PM Subcontracts, it would not write the subcontract for the correct amount as it showed zero, even though in the non-interfaced items it showed the correct non-interfaced original contract amount...
