Subcontract Agreements - Would like some items back and some new items

PM Subcontracts

- PCO. Used to be we could Interface subcontract prior to approving PCO (was helpful when subcontractor wouldn't be willing to start submittals with a notice to proceed/would only start if agreement received).

- Distribution. Used to be. We have multiple PM Firms connected to same AP Vendor due to addresses needed for agreements. A couple of years ago, if we created our PM Project Firms prior to creating our subcontract agreements, the default in the distribution would be the location we had in PM Project Firms. That disappeared--would love to have that back.
