For example, when initializing a new subcontract from PM Subcontract Detail the document type within PM Subcontracts does not populate to the 'Fixed Value' default I have it set to. This is just one example, but it is the same issue in multiple scenarios working in Viewpoint. These fields should default to the fixed value an individual has set no matter where the record is created.
