In this program, there is no way to search by phase code. We can have many lines of the same material going to many different phases and when the materials are installed, we know what phase code it is related to so we would want to be able to search by phase to receive. The first feature needed would be a column for phase to make this easier but the second would be to add a filter bar. Our work around was to add the phase code in the PO Item Description (which is wasted time already) but there isn't a way to filter the description field or any other fields for that matter.
This program would be great with some added features. If a PO has 50, 100 or more lines, there needs to be a way to sort these fields vs scrolling through the list.
I was hoping this would have already been added since we went live 2 years ago.
