Add a report for project comprehensive meeting minute items and details.

Currently Vista's Meeting Minute module is set up to track meeting minute items until they become closed.  These closed items can be carried forward, but this creates a long list compromised of mainly resolved issues to navigate on each new meeting.  If closed items are not copied to subsequent meetings, the only way to review a closed issue at a later date is to manually search old record copies.

I recommend adding a report that could be run that would copy all items (detail options as well) within a set time period and with the option of bring forward details as well.  This report would be beneficial in many situations but would allow a comprehensive look at the all previous issues on the project.
