With the limited classifications of the EEO-1 with Wages report they do not match most of our Construction classification, therefore we have many classifications which have to be grouped together to fit into the classifications that are listed. I believe most companies would have to do likewise. It would be useful to give us the addition option to run this report by classification so that we can be sure that we are indeed getting the correct classification and wages for each to create the actual report we have to submit to the government.
