This would make projections much less time consuming. In the beginning phases of a project the actual production rate is higher than estimated production due to mix of labor at the beginning stages of the project and the PM simply wants to project the Final Rate as the estimated or some other value until the end of the project and not have Vista calculate this. Currently a PM has the enter the final production value over and over again for each phase for every projection which is time consuming and frustrating when there are many phases. Our other software could do this and it saved a ton of time. Thanks.
