[No longer needed] Resource Management: GUI speed improvements

We just started heavily using the RM module, and it's like stepping back in time in terms of interface speed (drag & drop, assigning, changing things...etc are all slow)

Is there any chance that Viewpoint could focus on improving the apparent GUI responsiveness? This wold help everyone who works with Resource Management.
