It would be helpful to have a list of database objects (tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, etc.) that have been added/modified for each release to assist with determining the possible impact with custom objects created by the customer before doing the upgrade. It could also assist with troubleshooting new issues that may occur after an upgrade, if objects in the new release could be reviewed quickly as a possible cause of the issue. This might provide more info for Support if a case is required to be opened.
