Add the static table for Service Agreements, Work Order and Resource Management modules into the company copy utility

Apparently the current company copy utility used by Professional Services to perform company copies doesn't include the static tables for the Service Agreement, Work Order or Resource Management modules

  This is a great idea and something we will look into doing once we have more progress on other, higher priority items such as Project Viking and Project Mercury.
