I have to create a Rate Template that involves multiple crafts, classes and call types. This template is likely to be in excess of 100 lines and will have to be maintained yearly. An SM Rate Template Import would save a lot of time and reduce the margin of error when creating large such as this.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I am not sure if this is along the same lines but possibly. When I do up a work order, I need more than one item (rate template) such as the equipment (often multiple pieces) and supervisors (often more than one). I need to be able to add additional items to my work order.
