Combine multiple tables like HRRM and PREH. Most of the data is identical and it would make it easier to create reports and for viewpoint to administer. There would also be less chance of bugs/problems due to less maintenance being required. Apply this also to things like PM/JC change orders and projects etc.

It's unfortunately not :(
If you change a Pending Change Order, it doesn't affect an approved for example. It should be a same data with an approved date and approved by field for example. The views should then manipulate based on that data.
Vista/Viewpoint have a severe lack of database normalization.
Thankfully PM Projects and JC Jobs are already the same table, just different views. I think the Change Orders are also the same data under the hood.
I'd like to see AR Customers tied into PM Firms. The same things could be said for all the places we track vendors. :-)
