Override the sale tax amount in work completed lines of an SM Work Order

In an SM Work Order work completed lines the system rounds values or the price quoted does not equal what the system calculates you need to be able to override the sales tax so you can match the sales tax to the correct total billable.  In short this field needs to be modifiable not locked in via a calculation
