When applying standard items to a service line on an agreement you can insert a cost but not a billable rate to the customer. I understand the assumption is the billable rate will be worked into the periodic, agreement or TOS rate for the line item however sometimes customers need to see these rates broken out separately from the inspection price.
It would be easier to just apply a billable rate to these items during setup rather than creating an entirely new line on the agreement to accommodate the customers' needs.
This would result in a WO scope created with a chargeable standard item at the specified billable rate (not one that comes across as non-billable).
