We are trying to use this report to track subcontractors with issues, but it is cluttered by codes that we don't need to verify for particular subs. We don't want to delete those codes, because we add notes regarding why the code is not applicable to a particular sub.

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
We run into the same situation. We also pull SL Compliance into a custom report we provide our subs so they can see their Billing status current and to date that includes their insurance/compliance status. Having the ability to hide the codes not needed would be very helpful.
