When you click on a setup field to see the description or the Help text - it unchecks or checks the field automatically

It is easy to change the field selection when all you want is to get more information.  Example - GL Month End Close.  If you click on the field All Others, it changes the selection when I just wanted to get information about the field.  If you don't realize you changed the selection, it can cause problems.

  Or they could do a "Mouse tool tip" if the user hovers over a field for a couple seconds.

  I think the helper text should change on hover.
