Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
To clarify - instead of duplicating this functionality within our Vista WinForm, our preference is for a seamless integration with the web-based AP Invoice Review in Financial Controls available to all. We are working to both improve the user experience and streamline the review workflow - automatically presenting users with a view of attachments is near the top of the list
Very disappointing that this won't have be considered.
Attachments are auto opened for viewing as part of the AP Unapproved Review workflow in Financial Controls - available to all Vista sites. We are unlikely to add this capability to the WinForm client
This would be a great benefit , especially to PMs and others outside the accounting dept who are not in front of their computers all day
