Have the ability to purge sensitive employee data from all tables (w2, UI, PR Master, HR Masteretc.), i.e. social security numbers, birth dates and DMV #'s without having to Purge the whole employee and their historic payroll data (as required in PR Purge). The idea being in this day of data breaches and hacks we are accumulating a lot employee info, once the employee leaves it is not necessary to have the info after their final W2 is run, but you still would like to have payroll data and contact data for a few more years before a final purge is done.
