If I do a shift 2 pay rate in the Craft Class Template, then all my employees who make more than the prevailing wage will not get the same incentive to work the late shifts to get the job done. I had to take all of my classes and triple them so I could do a special add on for shift 2 and we have to over write their default class when we want to bump pay. Add ons that respect shift would consistently provide incentive pay. Also making your new Allowances respect shift should solve that need for consistent incentive pay increases.
