It would be very helpful to have an option to automatically procure a ClearView account as part of new user setup and also set the ClearView status to 'inactive' upon account deactivation in Vista. Currently it is a separate checklist item to ensure new users have access to the platform. My suggestion is to add a 'ClearView' tab to the user profile that has the fields tracked in ClearView:

Have a process to 'activate' users and set a viewable tag as to whether the user has been activated or not on the tab.

Even a user self enrollment feature would be nice based on the users email domain.
