I find out from a marketing email titled "What you don't know can hurt you" that Viewpoint is no longer supporting versions lower than 6.14. TWO months before year-end! This is outrageous. You need to provide these updates or is this your way of forcing your customers onto your cloud version.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
Viewpoint on their installation notes have mentioned since at least 6.12 that they are discontinuing SQL 2008 R2. It's not a recent thing..
