For Reports, Add a notes section when you're viewing in detail mode where you can type what you use a report for

It is helpful for reports that you don't use very often, but may want to flag what you use them for in a memo column. IE: PR Check History Report - In the memo column I would write that I use this when completing Employment verifications

  Interesting.  Would you want these notes to be on a per Vista user basis, or would a shared notes field for all Vista users be sufficient?
