Currently if you have a WF Notifier Job, the only way you can add new columns if you change VA Inquiries is to change which is inquiry is selected then change it back.
A simple workaround which would solve the problem and save hassles is to make it so when you click update columns in VA Inquiries, it also updates vWDJBTableColumns
