We apply security group security to form in VP and it works great. We then have to manually apply the same security to the various VA Inquiries that are setup in PM, that lists the same data as the Vista Form Grids, but it's a separate security. We can only allow/disallow the PM Work Center to users but if we don't catch all the inquiries, they are seeing data they shouldn't see.
This mostly applies to the 6.15 Accounting Work Center. We have very specific security to particular forms in AP (say transaction entry, no payments) and then still have to do this manually in Work Center and hope we don't choose the wrong one or miss one, since they have different names than the regular forms.
