RCSI implementation for performance improvement - pls address the concerns

Can I have the following concerns addressed

1. Nolocks and how to prevent dirty reads

2. set transaction isolation level read uncommitted -how does these statements behave

3. SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL SERIALIZABLE --how does these statements behave

4. What is the impact on tempdb , temp tables

5. What is the impact on Snapshots
