Since this process both imports and uploads the files, users don't have easy visibility into which files encountered upload errors. Currently, they have to open each log file sent with successful notifications to determine if there were upload errors. It would save a lot of time if the email indicated that the upload was unsuccessful because they would no longer have to open the log file for successful processes.
