Date range in PM Cost Projections

We would like to have a date range option in PM Cost Projections. They would be able to modify the date range at anytime during the projection. It would show read-only columns for Units, Hours, Unit Cost, and Cost. This is helpful because project managers may know that a given period of time will be more accurate costs for their future costs. It would be nice to have the program give a choice to calculate based on the date range or cost to date.
