We found our PR Pay Period Control form loading painfully slow. As in several minutes which really makes no sense for the purpose of this form. Found that with ADP enabled it is querying a specific table. For us that table has 7M plus records in it and there are no indexes. The procedure loading the form seems to use PRGroup, PRCo and PREndDate as the selection criteria so we create a index on this table and the form loads immediately. I would suggest Viewpoint consider making this index default on this table as part of the software.

We also have SQL reports in Crystal that use the PayPeriodControl and can be quit slow when searching across WeekEnds. An index would help.
