Saves time and ensures accuracy. This should apply to all address fields such as. This would be a quick win and easy to implement. In HQ Company, it may be worth adding a flag if it's enabled.

Follow up: Due to some oddness with the SM Call Handler form, I can not auto-populate the 'State' and 'Zip Code' fields from a validation in the City field.
Throughout the rest of Vista you can create a validation procedure on some field that when "Tabbed out of" pushes data into another field. This is useful in many areas. In this case I created a validation procedure for the [City] field when then pushes 'State' and 'Zip Code' data as outputs, into their respective fields. But for some reason SM Call Handler is blocking the updating of those target fields.
This is a real disappointment, and will push us down the path of making our own Call Handler.
Viewpoint, any idea when this might be implemented? This would be a HUGE accuracy win for SERVICE MANAGEMENT users, as the Client Care reps are often on the phone while trying to enter the address, and it's very easy to mistype a letter or two.
In fact, I just had the company owner tell me that they HAND WRITE the info down while they are on the phone, because the SM Call Handler workflow is so slow. I just got done programming a CITY F4 lookup to at least give us our most popular cities with accurate zip and state info. But a full AUTOCOMPLETE solution when the user is in the FIRST address field would be SO MUCH BETTER.
