There needs to be an option to run a report that shows who HAS NOT taken a certain training? For example, I'm trying to create a list of employees who haven't taken our Harassment Prevention course in the last two years, which is state mandated and I have to pull a list of all employees and compare it to a report of those who have already taken the course. I'm shocked this hasn't already been developed at this point.
It would also be very helpful to include job titles in the training and skills modules. It's needed quite often when running a report.
