Currently, the success message appears and the file can be closed prior to the actual emails being sent apparently. We have had two instances whereas the emails were not received by the employees after we had the successfully sent message appear. We had to resend them. Neither of the failed ones appear in the VA archive as failed or sent, which is a problem as well.
