Scenario: I have put out a bid package to several vendors, these vendors have all replied and I have entered their bid numbers into the PreConstruction Bid Coverage area. But have no where in this area to store the documentation received from the vendors related to their bid.
My suggestion: I would like to store the documentation sent by my vendors with their bid numbers in the Bid Coverage area, preferably associated with each Vendor; not general storage. This will allow me to review the bids coming in and quickly view the documentation the vendors sent. Keeping all information related to incoming bids organized and easy to review.
