it would be great if you could produce a report that would show you who has access to what and what level of access they have. When adding new users there isn't a simple process to check what they need access to.

Along with this idea, is if we could allow a Field Superintendent rights to print a job cost report only for his jobs, not the entire company's jobs. The Crystal report would have to know who is running the report, and check that field against the Superintendent for the job, which is stored in JCJM. I have see Crystal addins that can tell you who is running the report.
