Currently, HR salary history has a effective date. Also, HR salary update to PR program has a effective date based on which data is transferred to PR. But PR does not have any effective date. So if the update is made with effective date in future, PR still updates rate immediately. This makes entire HR salary Update to PR too complicated if many employees have different effective dates.
