When attaching a document to anything, have the file name be automatically filled in the description box.

This would be extremely helpful, especially with multiple documents added. In some instances for our company, I have added 45 documents.
The description is super helpful, especially when going through the Vendor Drilldown and looking for something specific. If the Description is not populated they all just say "Attachement to Header" which is not helpful to have to open ALL documents.
