Main menu search has had its issues for several versions now. However, in 6.16 when you search it returns the results in a jumble. You can right click and select View List (which is already selected in my case) and the jumble becomes an list. I was told be support that this was not a bug/issue and to make a suggestion. I think having main menu search return a list which is readable is a good suggestion.

Yes this drives us nuts over here. When you search in the main search bar, even if you have "list" or "details" selected for your default view, it does not return the search results that way.
