Allow direct client to server access (reverse proxy) to VEC customers

Allow users to connect to the VEC server via their Vista clients directly without logging into the terminal services portal.  This will assist with removing the E3 Office 365 licensing requirement as users will be downloading and manipulating files on their PCs and not in the terminal services environment thus no longer requiring the Office applications installed/made available in the terminal services environment.
