SM Agreement Analysis Drilldown report include work orders marked as Non-Billable

SM Agreement Analysis Drilldown report include work orders marked as Non-Billable in the price method.  Currently the report does not add these costs to the report therefore giving an inaccurate summary of the agreement.  The report collects this data if you mark the line items as non-billable so why not if the price method selected is non-billable.
