By User login, default to having the filter grid available in master records.

When a user goes into the grid mode of the master file, allow the user to always enable the grid filter function.  This suggestion came in from the Vista User Conference Session on Top 10 things Vista can do.

  In other words, a global "grid filter" setting of on/off per user? Count my vote!
