Vista does not support Outlook 2019; therefore attachments are unable to drag and drop

The latest version of Outlook is 2019 so you are unable to upgrade your computers for Vista will not support it.  We are being told Vista only supports 2010 - 2016 32-bit Outlook anything else it does not see and believes Outlook is not present.

  Support for Office 64 bit shipped in Vista version 2020R2. Office 2019 support has shipped as well. Please make certain you upgrade to Vista 2020R2 to take advantage of these improvements.

  This was posted a year ago, and there is no action or release date?  For the amount of money that we pay for Viewpoint, it is ridiculous that we cannot attach emails.

  Support for Office 2019 is now planned.  We cannot talk about release dates or scheduling due to being publicly traded now, but we do have an internal target for Office 2019 support.

  That has to do with 64-bit support. Same wish over here https://vistaerp.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PF-I-451, and same response from Viewpoint. :-(
