There are certain text fields in the header of the "SM Call Handler" form that can turn BOLD RED.
Hovering over these fields shows an instant report (crystal I think) of some info about that customer.
Yes, you read that right. There is no key presses required, no report launchers,,, nothing. Just an instant report when you hover over some text.
The usefulness of this is demonstrated in Service Management -> Call Handler (and other areas in Service Management).
Just imagine the possibilities if we could use this same "instant report" viewing anywhere within viewpoint! Sure, we'd have to tune the reports to be small and load the data quickly, but think of the information that this places at the users fingertips, er, eyes!

I was wrong. It's the BLACK text that can be hovered over.
The RED text does nothing on hovering. But it sure would be nice to at least show a tooltip!
