Currently, this is 'hard-programmed' to Vista HQ Reviewers Groups. Project Managers are getting flooded with emails as they are 'approvers' of invoices. There needs to be a way so that it is not 'defaulted' for them to receive this in the HQ Reviewers Groups--some sort of checkbox or override. The only option I have right now is to take out their email address in the HQ Reviewer Groups, then they don't receive ANY emails for approving invoices.
