Fix the "Date field" formatting to use YYYY so it doesn't glitch with future dates Merged

Issue: Date fields format as MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY.  Only two characters for the year. This a bad practice, and limits us from entering dates very far in the future.

To see this in action and how the validation fails because of it, try the following:

  1. Open SM Agreements
  2. Create a new agreement
  3. Set "Effective Date" to the current date
  4. For "Expiration Date", to far in the future, like "6/15/2065"

Now the magic happens

Tap TAB (or click on some other field) and you will see the following occur right under your nose:

  • The field will change to "6/15/55"
  • A error of "Expiration date is in the past." will pop up.

Funny, as I'm pretty sure 2065 is in our future! (as of 2018)

Viewpoint, the solution is to allow us to format the date fields so they show four characters for the year, not two.

Databases solved the issue of storing dates around Y2K, and it sure would be nice if the Viewpoint Client caught up. :-)
